Can a Linksys modal number RT31P2 be a wireless access point all by itself?

I have a linksys modal RT31P2 and dont know if I can get a wirless signal with it.

    The RT31P2 is a wired router.

    I suggest spending fifty bucks on one marked wireless.

    Or get it to stop drinking energy drinks.
