How can i change my nat type on my linksys router?

I guess my connection to xbox live is nat: strict and it sucks connceting to it, how do i chanage the nat to OPEN. I have a mac and a linksys wireless router

    Put your Xbox IP in the DMZ.

    Other than that, it’s always going to be either strict or moderate, depending on how many ports you open. Strict nat is necessary as you only have one external IP.
