Change the password from the default if you haven't yet. Go to the Wireless section, name your network with a unique SSID, enable encryption (WPA-Personal is secure and easy, don't use WEP). Unplug from the router and your Linksys should report that it has detected networks -- click on yours and hit Connect, enter your passphrase and you should be all set.
